Reservation Policies

1. In order to avoid unavailibility and price changes when booking a car, a deposit of 100$ is claimed from the customer in order to guarantee the reservation
2. The reservation deposit will be used at the time of the rental so the customer will just have to pay the balance of the transaction
3. If customer wish to cancel his reservation he must do so 72hours after having made this one . Otherwise the deposit can be used at a later date
4. In the event that the customer wishes to be refunded after 72 hours from the reservation date,40 percent of the ammoun will be deducted form his deposit.Otherwise the deposit can still be used at a later date
5. Rd Global rent a car is not responsible for cancellation of reservation, missing flight, delay or any change, the rental must be recalculated

Fuel Policies

This option allows the renter to pay for the full tank of gas at market price at the time of rental and return the tank empty no refunds will be issued for unused gas

This option allows the renter to pay Rd Global rent a car at the end of the rental for gas used but no replaced.Price per gallon will be higher than local market fuel prices

This option allows the renter to to return the vehicle with a full tank of as to avoid extra charges

Return Policies

• The vehicle must be returned to the place where it was picked up, in the same condition as it was.For any change of return location,services fees will be cahrge to you
• For any change of date,time or rental extension, call to advise 24hours before the return date.
• Customer with late return will be charged per hour according to the rate fixed by the administration.For returns outside business hours charges may apply.
• For any other Service when returning,for example the request to drop off at the airport, please notify 24 hours before
